Becky Massey (F 6-1, 2000) from Belgium

Becky (Billie’s twin sister) is a PF with an average length but interesting size, who plays with energy and fearless of the contact. Her mobility is quite good, possesses remarkable strength and runs correctly the court (with or without the ball). Despite of that she has not a huge lateral mobility on the D end, so she may not be able to guard a real SF.

In the D end, Massey doesn’t display a huge lateral mobility, but play really hard and doesn’t refuse to play through the contact. Her mobility is quite good, and she manages really well attacking the ball from the weak-side, but we can’t imagine her to guard real SF yet. She possesses a huge boxing-out discipline, and usually finishes as a top rebounder of its team. The Belgian is really good taking the break after grabbing rebounds.

In the O, Becky shows dribbling fundamentals in open court, with interesting soft touch finishing under the rim. She should improve her mid-range shot, but her shooting release is quite good. Massey is an unselfish player who possesses interesting vison court and passing skills package, which allows her to be an interesting player dishing inside-outside passes. The Belgian is able to put the ball on the floor, and she manages really well in the face-off game. She is not a great shooter yet, but Becky is able to take some spot-shots behind the 3 points line.
