Lazic is an all-around PG with a wide frame, great self-confidence, quite good athleticism but a bit undersize.
Her game is powerful and she doesn’t refuse either play from contact or taking decisions. She uses both hands and has an interesting dribbling skill set. As all the Croatian team, Lazic is a remarkable P&R’s player, who finds easily the rolling player (or the 3rd player to keep fluid the play). Mihaela also shows a scoring ability/desire, displaying good shooting mechanics (better off the dribbling), nice 1st crossover step and has deep shooting range. Driving to the rim, the Croatian is able to score, but struggles finishing with offhand. Although she is able to create shots, sometimes take too much risk. Lazic is quite smart without the ball, and she likes using backdoors with efficiency.
On the D end, she shows a good hands activity and correct slide mobility guarding the ball.
